Cancellation Policy


Junto Skin & Laser maintains a 48-hour cancellation policy.  Please give a minimum of 48 hours before cancelling or rescheduling appointments so that we have an opportunity to fill the slot with another client.

Last minute cancelations and reschedules adversely affect our business and the livelihood of our technicians. It is also not fair to the many clients that would have been turned away for that time reserved for you.  Because of this, appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the 48-hour policy will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the cost of the service or services scheduled.

Clients who simply do not show up for their appointment without any notice are considered “No Shows”. No Shows will be charged without exception and a credit card on file will be required for any future appointment reservation. Anyone who habitually cancels or reschedules last minute may be required to provide a service deposit in order to reserve an appointment spot.
